- 500 grams chicken fillets
- 30 grams fresh mint leaves
- 30 grams fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 6-7 fresh chillies
- 100 ml double cream
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 grams golden breadcrumbs
- Oil for brushing or frying
Make marinade:
In a bowl mix cream, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder.
Add herb paste:
Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chillies into a smooth paste.
Add this to the chicken mixture and mix well.
Air fry:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place chicken sticks in a single layer, brush lightly with oil, and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and cooked through.
