Divide dough:

Mix date paste, walnuts, hazelnuts or peanuts, and cinnamon until well combined.
Add filling:
Spread the filling evenly over the base layer.
Top layer:
Cover with the second portion of dough and press lightly to seal.
Finish top:
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
