- 200 grams fresh red chilies chopped
- 1 cup garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional)
Blend:
Add red chilies, garlic, vinegar, and water to a blender.
Blend to a slightly coarse texture.
Season:
Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

✔ Do not over-blend for better texture.
✔ Adjust vinegar for more tanginess.
