Mould the dough into muthia or if it is difficult, shape them into flat oval shapes about3/4 inch thick and deep fry
When cool, break them into pieces and grind to a coarse powder. Transfer to a large basin
Mix in the mawa, nutmeg, sultanas, almonds, pistachios, cardamom and saffron
In a separate saucepan heat the rest of the ghee on low heat and add jaggery. Do not let this boil
As the jaggery is melting and as soon as it starts forming bubbles, remove from the heat
Pour this into the mixture prepared in step 5 and mix well
Taste for sweetness, adding more melted jaggery if required
Mould the mixture into desired sized balls and roll them in poppy seeds
