Doughnut(Nutella)

doughnut or donut  is a type of leavened fried dough.   It is popular in many countries and is prepared in various forms as a sweet snack that can be homemade or purchased in bakeries. Doughnut is the traditional spelling, while donut is the simplified version; the terms are often used interchangeably.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups 250 grams maida(all purpose flour)
  • 2 teaspoon(tsp) Yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon(tbsp) Sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoon(tbsp) Milk powder (or warm milk for binding)
  • 3 tablespoon(tbsp) Butter
  • 1 teaspoon(tsp) Oil
  • 1,1/2 tablespoon(tbsp) custard powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix papaya with the rest into a paste and apply on tbone steak pieces
  • Mix together all the ingredients well
  • Then bind using warm water to form a soft dough and let it rise till it doubles Roll and cut into donut shapes, using cutter
  • Keep on flour dusted paper
  • Let it rise for half an hour then deep fry till golden brown color
  • If you are coating castor sugar on top, do as soon as you fry them, sprinkle castor sugar using sieve
  • If you are glazing wait until they are cold 
  • Can glaze using melted cooking chocolate or icing sugar glaze I used nuttela
