Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon(tsp) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(tsp) oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon(tsp) ground cardamom
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients into a sticky paste
  • Fry small balls on medium heat until dark brown
  • Drain onto kitchen paper
    N.B. Optional Suggestion - Banana Fritters Dilute the above mixture with a little more milk. Slice bananas and dip into mixture. Coat well. Deep fry until brown
