- 500 grams ground chicken
- 50 grams onion finely chopped (moisture squeezed)
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp peri-peri sauce
- 50 grams bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp oil
Prepare mixture:
Add ground chicken to a bowl.
Add onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, peri-peri sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Mix well until evenly combined.
Store raw patties:
Place patties on butter paper, stacking with paper between each.
Freeze flat for 1–2 hours, then transfer to an airtight freezer bag.
Store up to 1 month.
Cook patties:
Heat oil in a pan and cook patties on medium heat until golden and fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side.
Cook directly from frozen if needed.
