butter

Clove
garlic
finely minced

aromat

tsp
chilli flakes
adjust to taste
1/4
tsp
cajun spice
tiny bit
2
tbsp
fresh parsley
finely chopped
pinch of salt
if needed
Instructions
Melt the butter
In a small pot on low heat – don’t let it brown.
Add the garlic
Let it cook gently for 30–40 seconds until fragrant (not burnt).
Add spices
Stir in:
Aromat
Chilli flakes
Cajun spice
Switch off the heat
Then add the chopped parsley.
(This keeps it bright green and fresh.)
Take the hot cooked corn straight from the pot
Brush or spoon the butter over
Roll the corn in the remaining butter in a plate
Sprinkle a tiny extra pinch chilli flakes and parmesan cheese on top if you like
