For Tikka Beans:
- 2 cups cooked butter beans
- 1/2 cup thick curd
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
For Curry Gravy:
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes pureed
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
- 3-4 tbsp fresh cream or coconut cream
- salt to taste

Marinate beans:
Mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, and salt.
Add butter beans and coat gently.
Rest for 20–30 minutes.
