- 1 cup thick plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1-2 garlic cloves (finely crushed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper
Mix ingredients:
In a bowl, combine yoghurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
