Instructions
 

Prepare cucumber:

  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a cloth or paper towel.

Mix ingredients:

  • In a bowl, combine yoghurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Blend flavors:

  • Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.

Chill:

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some dill before serving.
