Ingredients
- 1 cup thick plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1-2 garlic cloves (finely crushed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
Prepare cucumber:
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a cloth or paper towel.
Mix ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine yoghurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Blend flavors:
- Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.
Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
Serve:
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some dill before serving.
