- 1 x 450 gram(g) carton plain yoghurt Cold water
- Cold water, twice the volume of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon(tsp) cumin seeds (coarsely ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon(tsp) salt of ground black pepper ((optional))
Combine all the ingredients in a liquidiser and liquidise for 3 seconds
Alternatively whisk the ingredients until smooth and creamy
For sweet lassi, leave out the salt and cumin seeds and add sugar to taste
