Clean the fish and marinate in the salt, lemon juice, chillies, garlic and chopped coriander leaves for 1/2 hour
Prepare the coconut cream sauce as in Kuku Paaka (section:Chicken Dishes, recipe)
Grill the fish with a lithe of the prepared coconut sauce, turning once
When the sauce is simmering, add fish
Cook until heated through; add lemon juice
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
