230grams(g)of mezze penne (or a small pasta of your choice)
1tomato sauce
2tablespoon(tbsp)brown sugar
1tablespoon(tbsp)Worcestershire sauce
1tablespoon(tbsp)of chopped parsleyShredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add the onions and cook for five minutes. Then add the garlic, ground beef, salt, and vinegar, and stir constantly. Then add the tomato paste and stir until it is integrated with the meat
Then add the meat broth and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed
Add the tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and parsley, stir. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly until the pasta is cooked. Lastly, serve with grated cheddar cheese and you're good to go. Enjoyment
