
Peanut Butter Brownies
Rich & Fudgy!Decadent brownies with a creamy peanut butter twist – pure chocolate bliss in every bite!
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven:
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Prepare wet mixture:
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla and whisk well.
Combine:
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
Add peanut butter:
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Swirl peanut butter on top and sprinkle chocolate chips.
Bake:
- Bake for 25–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool & serve.
- Let cool completely, cut into squares, and serve.
