- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp besan(gram flour)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 4 Pistachios (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Cream the ghee and sugar together until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the dry ingredients. Shape into small balls and bake until you achieve a perfect crumbly texture.
