
Creamy Garlic Mayo Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 500 grams Boneless chicken
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
Prepare marinade:
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper, chilli flakes, and salt.
Coat the chicken:
- Add chicken and mix well until fully coated.
Marinate:
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or freeze in a zip-lock bag for later use.
Cooking:
- Pan fry or grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked and slightly golden.
