  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

Preheat oven:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Mix dry ingredients:

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cream butter and sugar:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla:

  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

Combine mixture:

  • Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with milk.
  • Mix until smooth.

Make chocolate batter:

  • Divide batter into two parts.
  • Mix cocoa powder and extra milk into one portion.

Create a marble effect:

  • Spoon both batters alternately into the pan.
  • Swirl gently with a knife.

Bake:

  • Bake for 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool:

  • Let the cake cool completely before removing from the pan.

Prepare glaze:

  • Heat cream until warm.
  • Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Stir until smooth.

Finish:

  • Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake.
  • Let it set before slicing.
