
Spicy Stuffed Jalapeños
Creamy, cheesy jalapeños baked to golden perfection with a spicy kick—perfect party appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 10-12 fresh jalapeños halved and deseeded
- 200 grams cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare jalapeños:
- Cut jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds for less heat.
Make filling:
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, green onions, garlic powder, pepper, chilli flakes, and salt until smooth.
Stuff:
- Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
Add topping:
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake:
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve:
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
