Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce for Corn

Spicy Garlic Butter sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 100 Grams butter
  • 3 Clove garlic finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp aromat
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cajun spice tiny bit
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • pinch of salt if needed

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter
    In a small pot on low heat – don’t let it brown.
  • Add the garlic
    Let it cook gently for 30–40 seconds until fragrant (not burnt).
  • Add spices
    Stir in:
    Aromat
    Chilli flakes
    Cajun spice
    Switch off the heat
    Then add the chopped parsley.
    (This keeps it bright green and fresh.)
  • Take the hot cooked corn straight from the pot
  • Brush or spoon the butter over
  • Roll the corn in the remaining butter in a plate
  • Sprinkle a tiny extra pinch chilli flakes and parmesan cheese on top if you like
