
Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce for Corn
Cooking with Shelly Spicy Garlic Butter sauce
Ingredients
- 100 Grams butter
- 3 Clove garlic finely minced
- 1/4 tsp aromat
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp cajun spice tiny bit
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- pinch of salt if needed
Instructions
- Melt the butterIn a small pot on low heat – don’t let it brown.
- Add the garlicLet it cook gently for 30–40 seconds until fragrant (not burnt).
- Add spicesStir in:AromatChilli flakesCajun spiceSwitch off the heatThen add the chopped parsley.(This keeps it bright green and fresh.)
- Take the hot cooked corn straight from the pot
- Brush or spoon the butter over
- Roll the corn in the remaining butter in a plate
- Sprinkle a tiny extra pinch chilli flakes and parmesan cheese on top if you like
