- 3 green limes
- 6 teaspoons(tsp) castor sugar
- 6 cans ice cold water or (soda water Sprig of mint for serving)
- Squeeze the limes and strain the juice
- Add the sugar and water and allow to dissolve
- Serve in glasses with a sprig of fresh mint
