Dhokla is a vegetarian culinary dish that is found mainly in the Indian state of Gujarat and parts of adjacent states.

Ingredients
- 1 instant dhokra cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 10-15 curry leaves (limdo)
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
- Heat oil
- Add mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds and let them pop
- Reduce heat; add curry leaves and then the dhokra pieces
- Sprinkle the coconut, toss the pieces and cook for a few minutes
- Garnish with coriander leaves
